Due to the handmade nature of QuietCoffeeStudio products, I currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and I’ll be happy to help.

Each piece is carefully handmade, so slight variations and small imperfections are part of the design and make your item unique.

If it is not the correct colour:

- I will send the correct colour and please send back the product.

If your item arrives damaged:
- A replacement or refund will be offered
- Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order

Non-returnable items:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items that have been used
